Decaffeinated in the Descamex region using a 100% chemical-free Mountain Water Process (MWP). We took our time to find and roast excellent decaf with a focus on preserving the flavours sought out from caffeinated coffees - for too long, decaf has been seen as subpar, and our goal is to include those decaf drinkers into the dynamic world of specialty coffee.
